As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia and closed medication management.

**About the role**:
The Clinical Resource Consultant will support the commercial team & work closely with the rest of the organization to align and further develop the clinical tools with the MDS strategy. (Medication Delivery Solutions)

They must have a strong knowledge of the local health care environment and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of both clinical services & BD products to effectively leverage this to advance business opportunities as they relate directly to customer needs.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- The primary responsibility of the Clinical Consultant is to develop and deliver clinical strategies and solutions that is customer centric.
- To include clinical induction training and regular review of their clinical skills, product knowledge and training abilities.
- Build strong relationships with strategic Key Opinion Leaders to support the services & product portfolio. Help secure their attendance and support at conferences, company events.
- Explore and feedback on clinical trends, customer needs and to ascertain information on competitor activity through mediums such as voice of the customer.
- Help maintain and continually update the clinical/product database with relevant articles, reports, publications, and national guidelines.
- Manage product complaints which require clinical investigation.
- Support teams through joint customer visits including presenting and delivering BD Clinical services, BD product clinical evidence and demonstrating BD solution cost and organizational efficiency.

**About you**:

- Degree in nursing/pharmacy/infection prevention or a medical discipline.
- Relevant clinical experience with a commercial acumen and sales mindset
- Excellent presentation skills with clinical evidence reading and analysis background.
- Proven track record of clinical success in a hospital environment or in a similar job within the medical industry.
