- **About the Role**:

- **Responsibilities will include**:

- Leading the commissioning team in planning, executing, and overseeing the commissioning activities for the power plant.
- Ensuring all commissioning processes align with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems and components.
- Developing detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
- Overseeing the installation and testing of gas turbines, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Managing the balancing plant operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning phase.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the successful completion of the commissioning process.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the commissioning team and other departments as needed.
- Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring all documentation and records related to the commissioning process are accurate and up-to-date.
