- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs while answering initial inquiry calls from potential leads and updating sales pipeline.
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive repo with all customers.
- Generating sales leads and updating sales pipeline with leads generated through different channels.
- Maintains and updates internal documentation and ensures high data accuracy in ERP (SAP) Updates internal peers and customer about RFQs & their status.
- Providing support to sales department for quotation and revisions, preparing submittals and presentations materials.
- Helping sales representatives improve their productivity and spend more time selling.
- Contacting customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to make follow-up calls to confirm sales requirements.
- Provides overall support to sales, operations, logistics, internal peers, and order execution with clients.
- Liaises with internal departments and customer inquiries for all internal departments related queries while contributing to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
- Reviews and processes agreements with high level of accuracy, supports sales in case of changes to be done in CRM.
- Provides timely follow-up to customers, order fulfilment, sales managers, and internal peers.
- Interacts with clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Sales data consolidation and analysis
- Sales Support and Order Processing: Support Sales in maintaining customer data in CRM and SAP
- Support Sales in contracting and getting contract executed according to company policies.
- Works with customer and internal departments to facilitate payment as to defined payment terms in contracts for payment reminders.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Professional sales and marketing coordination: 1 year (preferred)
