Hydraulic Technician

Hofuf, Saudi Arabia INTECH Process Automation Full time

Inspection & testing of all hydraulic safety systems, well control modules & components. If inspection shows any deficiency, the item shall immediately be replaced or tested as specified in the relevant code.
- Service all Modules in accordance with the existing design on the specific Well-head tower. Also, perform calibrations of Hydraulic Systems.
- Participate in the Risk Assessment exercise and furnish necessary documents and information as required.
- Repair/service Hydraulic Systems, Well Control Modules (WCM), telemetry Interface Panels (TIM), Accumulator Racks, etc., as required.
- Preparation of Method Statement & Drafting of Risk Assessment forms, As-built documentation, Testing Procedures and Inspection & Final testing & certification report.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years working on Hydraulic Panel
- Instrument calibration
- Hydraulic Tubic experience
- Report writing
- Good Communication skills
- O&G Experience is preferred
