- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for software projects.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience in the software industry, particularly in areas such as software product development, SaaS, or IT consulting, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation techniques, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as process modelling, data modelling, and requirements management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
