**Job description**
Entry-level Service Contract & Warranty Administration professional. Responsible for administering and providing proper contract and warranty fulfilment. Reviews contracts, compiles data and assists in preparation of bids and other reports.
**Responsibilities**
- Provides proper contract and warranty fulfilment, ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met.
- Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure that service contracts and product warranties are complete.
- Reviews contracts to make sure they contain the correct contractual rights and obligations.
- Compiles and analyses current and historical data related to service contracts and warranties to identify problems and improve overall performance.
- Prepares bids, process specifications, progress reports and other reports related to service contracts and product warranties to ensure that established quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
**Requirements**:
- BA degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of similar experience.
