**Your Role**

As an Internal Sales & Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales and business development efforts.
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and social media.
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support in the sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiation and finalization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and sales targets.
- Monitor and follow up on Sales campaigns.
- Any other duties as directed by management.

**To succeed, you will need**
- University degree in related field (preferably Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task driven, self-motivated and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- SAP and Microsoft Skills
- Social media and tech enthusiast
- Passionate about learning and training
- Fluent in Arabic & English, written and spoken
