**Position: Senior Project Control and Planning Engineer**

**Job Description**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using appropriate software tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Analyze project data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate project schedules with resource allocation and procurement plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the project control and planning team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project review meetings and contribute valuable insights to enhance project execution and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the project control and planning department.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management and scheduling.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project control, planning, and scheduling within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in project planning and execution.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project control and planning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
