The opportunity

The role is in place to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and develop property-specific operating strategies that achieve the required standards.

They must be responsible for managing several operational contracts on behalf of the client, overseeing the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g., direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing watering system protocols and procedures.
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and calibration of watering equipment.
- Monitoring and analyzing water usage, quality, and distribution to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborating with irrigation specialists and horticulturists to meet specific watering needs.
- Establishing and maintaining sterilization protocols for equipment, instruments, and facilities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for sterilization procedures.
- Coordinating with sterilization technicians to monitor and maintain sterilization equipment.
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure staff members follow proper sterilization techniques.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of laboratories, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Managing laboratory resources, including equipment, consumables, and chemicals.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures in laboratory procedures.
- Collaborating with scientists, researchers, and technicians to facilitate their work.
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to watering systems, sterilization, and laboratory operations.
- Preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Participating in meetings, committees, and projects to contribute to organizational goals.

About you

You have a bachelor's degree, diploma, or secondary school in a related field. You have experience in managing and supervising watering projects. You have strong knowledge of irrigation systems, water management principles, and relevant industry standards. You must be an Arabic speaker and a practicing Muslim, due to the project of this position.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
