**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on schedule, and within quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and manage any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress summaries, budget updates, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
