**Job Description**:
The key responsibility of the Senior Manager - Media entails utilizing data in a smart and efficient manner to put together strategies, recommendations, and frameworks to help current and potential clients achieve their business & communication goals.

You will also be working with the wider team leading day to day operations for key clients, ensuring that their work is as per expectations, campaigns are delivering, and keeping them motivated, with the right support to deliver with quality.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- A good grasp of communications planning and acting in a consultant capacity to the client.
- Contribute to & lead on new business pitches; to create and develop strategic frameworks that deliver on the client's objectives. Formulate media strategies based on solid data foundations, consumer Insights analysis, market updates, identification of business challenges, competitive landscape analysis, media selection, maximizing cost-efficiency, timing and laydown of investments.
- Understand the capabilities of Publicis Groupe practices and push the right solutions to clients in the right context.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, execution teams, planning teams, creative, finance and interdepartmental stakeholders.
- Utilize data efficiently for storytelling, building strategies, evaluating performance and recommending optimizations.
- Guiding the teams through building the right structures to monitor, evaluate, and track campaign KPI delivery.
- To manage and grow the strategic thinking capabilities of the team.
- To ensure that the team operates in a motivational, positive, and growth environment.
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of major media (press, TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, digital), the fundamentals of how they are traded and approximate costs and audience delivery.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven working experience of 6-8 years in a similar field

- Strategic thinking
- Sound knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available
- Capable of building relationships
- Initiative and proactivity at all times
- Sound knowledge of IMS (Integrated Marketing Solutions)
- Expertise in all research/data/analysis
