We are currently looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals who hold excellent interpersonal skills to join our growing team as a Sales Executive.

On a day-to-day basis you will be building strong relationships with customers (B2B), scheduling meetings on site, during which you can share your knowledge of the courses available at the College and explain the many benefits that they will receive upon enrolling.

The College shall provide full training allowing you to understand how to target customers by using unique marketing strategies to achieve the required sales outcomes, which in turn will increase your monthly earning. Commission is uncapped which allows you to earn as much as you wish

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reaching targets (i.e booking a set number of meetings per week)
- High productivity on research and making outbound calls in order to schedule the meetings.
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat clients and expansion of the business.
- Consistently maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients.
- Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build a strong rapport.
- Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits.
- Ability to achieve targets in productivity and sales.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone manner.
- Passion for selling and earning money.
- Previous experience of working within sales and customer service desirable.
- Be open-minded and able to adapt to any challenges which may arise.
- Be a motivated individual, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
