Franchise Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationship with existing franchisees in multiple countries.
- Provide operational guidance to maximize franchise location sales and profitability.
- Facilitate and assist quality communications between all Franchise support departments within franchisor’s Corporate Office and the Franchise Owners.
- Ensure a quality start-up and opening assistance as well as on-going support to promote franchisee success.
- Ensure Franchise Owner compliance with Franchise documents, program requirements and operating standards by utilizing effective dispute resolution methods that include coaching, listening, understanding, and responding to Franchise Owners with the primary emphasis on resolving differences.
- Develop and lead a franchise advisory board.
- Vet potential franchise partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement.
- Plan the distribution and logistics process including identifying the export requirements.
- Accept responsibility for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all related principles, Layouts, the recruitment/training of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards.
- Accept responsibility for all market sales, key performance indicators, trade and marketing calendar that underpin the annual territory business plan.
- Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions.

**Other Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management + 4 to 5 years’ experience in a franchise support position - finding, appointing and managing appropriate franchisees in new territories.
- Demonstrable track record of success.
- Likely to have experience of building and driving a Franchise business from scratch or early phase.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic both verbal, written, and reading essential.
- Negotiation skills, interpersonal communication capabilities, and perseverance.
- Highly credible commercial professional with international franchising experience and ideally live target contacts.
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans.
- Innovative mindset to spot new opportunities.
