**The Company**

A construction company provides general contracting services for building construction, renovations, and infrastructure. It has diversified its project portfolio, spanning various sectors such as industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, recreational, healthcare, and commercial across the kingdom. Furthermore, it has recently joined a larger engineering services group, prioritizing value-added construction services, and has successfully completed over SR 3 billion worth of construction across 60 projects, emphasizing strong customer relationships and outstanding performance.

**Work Location**:Dammam (Sites), Saudi Arabia

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and agree the project execution plan with the project team and ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the deliverables.
- Ensure that the contract is carried out in a cost-effective manner - manage the Cost Versus Allowable process and Commercial interface ensuring that the base contract profit is maintained.
- Ensure that the Project Engineering is managed in an effective manner making sure that the contract deliverables, value engineering and submittal phases are well coordinated and controlled.
- Ensure that the site installation teams have the relevant goals set in place and that the overall objectives are attainable with the supplied information, materials and resources. Utilize marked up drawings and area deliverable requirements to line management.
- Make sure that all QA/QC documentation is managed and up to date.
- Manage a procurement/long lead item schedule in tandem with your line managers indicating delivery dates and the status of the pending material/s deliveries. Reciprocating program control from the site team to the Main Contractor must be updated and live at all times.
- Carry out a weekly HSE meeting and record the general concerns and actions required by the relevant line managers and update all sub-contract agreements and conditions of employment to satisfy the latest SHEIRMS agreements.
- Carry out weekly Commercial meetings incorporating Change Management Control, Variations, Deviations, Procurement Analysis and Cost Versus Allowable impact.
- Carry out weekly progress meetings with the deliverable teams incorporating the Cost Versus Allowable information with the actual site performance.
- Manage the Human Resource requirements and issue Staff & Labour Scheduling with Un/Loading requirements with performance reports - Make sure that company disciplinary and performance reward requirements are compiled and reported within the bi/monthly project reports.
- Ensure that the Monthly Project Reports are accurate and issued per the requirements of the project reporting schedule. Update the CVA with Senior Management and make sure that the CTC and Monthly Costs are Managed in line with the commercial requirements of the project.
- Carry out works as directed by Senior Management & Co-Ordinate the Project requirements ensuring that the Project is delivered on time and in budget.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Civil **or Architecture** **Engineering, **Construction Management**, or a related field
- Minimum of** 15** years of progressive experience in Constructions and Projects Management.
- Proven working experience in large scale projects (Residential Compounds & Towers).
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as **Primavera **is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experience with construction scheduling and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
