Human Resources Coordinator

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Performs human resources activities and other administrative functions.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests of employees and assist them.
- Coordinate with HR team for employee On-Boarding process.
- Prepare, update, and maintain employee records (including employment contract, Job description, personal information, leaves, employee turnover rates, medical insurance, GOSI/QIWA/MUDAD, travel and residency (re-entry, exit, Final Exit) according to the Saudi labour law, government-related transactions, termination, resignation etc).
- Take preventive actions in coordination with immediate supervisor against employees/issue warning letters in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi labour laws to maintain discipline among all employees.
- Coordinate with department managers to track and monitor employee’s absenteeism, sick/annual leaves.
- Process employee vacations and settlement matters on time and coordinate with payroll officer for final settlement.
- Coordinate with Training/HSE/QA department for new employee orientation and update records.
- Assist the immediate Supervisor in all matters related of employee relations, grievances, engagement, promotion, transfers and training.
- Prepare HR Reports as and when required.
- Coordinate with department(s) for specific requirements.
- Perform other task as per immediate line supervisor/Manager’s instruction.

**Function/ Purpose**:

- To coordinate HR activities and perform them for smooth workflow in coordination with HR Team.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum 3 years in similar profile in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas industries.

**Qualification, knowledge, and experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labour relations, Business, or related area.
- CIPD certification is an advantage.

**Key competencies/ skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Familiar with KSA government portals (GOSI/QIWA/Mudad etc.)
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR databases.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
