**Mission**:
Management of the ALCMS Facilities Management contract in the MEA region.
Direct management of the maintenance team and customer relations.
Ensuring the safe and uninterruptible operation of the airfield lighting control and monitoring system in accordance with the operational requirements.
Fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
Ensuring the contract deliverables are delivered to the highest standard.
Directs the maintenance and operational performance of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) of the airport to ensure compliance with the contract specifications and to meet ICAO standards.
Manages the P&L and budgets for Maintenance contract, including preparing forecasts and risk assessments and ensures that all contract requirements are complied with.
Represents ADBSG in regular review meetings with the client and establishes effective working relationships with key personnel.
Communicates the key elements of the contract (deliverables, measures, and penalties) to the ALCMS Maintenance team and ensures that appropriate checks, supervision, reports, and controls are implemented.
Ensures that the ALCMS Maintenance team records and forecasts spare parts utilization and anticipates future requirements.
Procedures and documentation
Establishes and maintains the Annual Maintenance plan for all maintenance activities. Establishes and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for all maintenance activities.
Ensures appropriate document management procedures are implemented to fulfil the contract requirement.
Defines and monitors the Quality Control Plan, including undertaking routine audits.
Defines and monitors the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and plan, including undertaking risk assessments and reviews.
Defines procedures for vehicle management.
Liaises and coordinates with the client and associated bodies interface groups to achieve goals and objectives.
Personnel Management
Manages the resources of the contract, setting the standards of team performance and behaviour, identifying, and rewarding high performance, proactively managing poor performance issues.
Motivates key personnel within the ALCMS maintenance team and ensures that there is a healthy team spirit and team members show respect for all cultures, religion, nationality, and other personal/social considerations.
Plans, advises, and recommends on personnel training and development to ensure the maintenance function is staffed with individuals of the required skills and competencies.
Ensures that there are adequate succession planning and provision of skills and people to meet future demands.
Develops the KPIs and performance objectives for all roles within the Maintenance team, ensuring a close connection to the performance measures and penalties within the contract.
Ensures that a Safe working culture is firmly embedded within the Maintenance team and delivers continued safety improvements.
Reporting & Performance
Presents regular Contract Management reports to the client and fulfils the documentation and reporting requirements contained in the contract schedules.
Presents regular Management reports to ADBSG, including budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments.
Develops internal Key Performance Indicators to ensure an effective performance of maintenance functions.
Identifies opportunities for performance improvement
**Qualitifcations**:
Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Execllent written and oral communciation skills
Excellent managing and leadership skills as well as staff development capability
Adaptabilty to work in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment
Strong planning and reporting skills
Ability to negotiate with subconractors and clients
Customer Oriented, with advance client relationship management skills
Ability to manage subcontractors
Customer oriented and results/targeted focused
Self-motivated individual
P&L, Forecasting, budget managment yand cost control experience

Minimum of 8 years of AGL mainenance management experience in comparable facility and minimum 5 years experience in ADB Safegate ALCMS/ILCMS
