We are currently seeking a **Wallet Operation Analyst** to join our team at FlyAkeed. As a Wallet Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital wallet operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, conducting analysis, and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and functionality of our wallet systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fintech and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Wallet Management**:
1. Conduct KYC procedures to make sure that the customer account to prevent possible future fraud.

2. Monitor and manage transactions, balances, and activities within the wallet system to ensure accuracy and security.

3. Process wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and transfers according to established procedures.

4. Conduct regular reconciliations to identify discrepancies and address them promptly.
- ** Customer Support**:
1. Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding wallet-related inquiries, issues, or disputes.

2. Assist in resolving payment-related concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- ** Transaction Analysis**:
1. Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential fraud or misuse of the wallet system.

2. Collaborate with the risk management team to implement fraud prevention measures.
- ** Reporting & Communication**:
1. Generate and maintain reports on wallet system performance, including transaction volumes, user activity, and financial metrics.

2. Present insights and recommendations to the Finance Director to improve wallet system efficiency.
- ** Governance and Control**:
1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to wallet operations.

2. Ensure that appropriate security protocols to protect sensitive customer data and financial assets are implemented and effective.
- ** Process Improvement**:
1. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline wallet processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance user experience.

2. Propose and implement improvements to enhance wallet system performance.
- ** Documentation**:
1. Maintain comprehensive documentation of wallet processes, procedures, and user interactions.

2. Keep records of customer communications and issue resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years Proven experience in financial operations, payment systems, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the management of digital wallet systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
