We are looking for a **Finance Analyst**. The primary role of the Finance Analyst is to analyse, monitor and report on a variety of transactions and metrics with an aim to assist in the improvement of processes, making them more effective and efficient and ensuring adequate controls are in place to reduce fraud, bad debt and cash leakage. This person will also be required to contribute ideas and implement agreed changes to reduce cost per order (CPO).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce weekly and monthly reports with analysis on key quantitative KPI’s insofar as to provide management with more insight on overall performance
- Model & analyse motivation and performance related policies to validate and verify that those which are implemented are most effective and aligned to overall company objectives
- Analyse a variety of different transactions to help identify potentially fraudulent activity & bad debt risk and help put in place corrective actions & controls
- Review & monitor the accuracy and appropriateness of transaction entries, helping to identify & correct errors and promote correct use of transaction types
- Liaising with other internal departments on actions to recover any outstanding amounts, posting balance correcting transactions or general query resolution
- Reconcile wallet transactions and balances including:

- cash deposits/payments and corresponding entries to bank statements or cash reports
- cost recognition and liabilities owed
- tracking of cash advances and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly both on wallet ledgers and in financial databases
- Identify problematic ledger balances, prepare & produce the requisite reports and recommend corrective actions to minimise future issues
- Analyse and monitor ledgers with positive and negative balances, tracking month on month movement and recommending actions to minimise risk
- Prepare aged debt reports on both payable and receivable balances and propose enhanced debt recovery solutions
- Constant review of manual and system processes, recommending and implementing improvements to make them more efficient & effective and helping to tighten controls
- Proposing initiatives to help reduce costs or other key company objectives
- Assist the Finance team in ad hoc data analysis, reporting and business modelling as well as month-end, year-end reporting and audit requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (SOCPA certification will be considered a benefit)
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in similar industry/role
- Proven experience in managing and analysing large volumes of data, interpreting results, drawing conclusions and providing recommendations to improve process efficiencies and controls
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, BI tools including Tableau and report writing
- Strong business analysis skillsets and modelling capabilities
- Fluent in English, with bilingual in English and Arabic preferred
- **Transferable Iqama, with iqama profession that matches the job title (SOCPA membership required) for non-citizens / Saudi National with overseas degree - must provide a university certificate equalisation from ministry of higher education**
