**Job Description**:
We are hiring for a new head of MSL Saudi Arabia, reporting to the CEO Middle East and working in close partnership with Publicis Groupe leadership in the Saudi market.
This role establishes the agency’s next generation of leaders who are experts across all creative and media agency services and platforms. A hands-on future leader across all facets of the brand agency’s business with the ability to converse confidently and lead on all clients servicing needs, be it technology, data, content, trading, planning, or strategy. Future leaders that will be solidifying and delivering the vision for the agency built from a culture of high performance and innovation, leading to a unique differentiated marketplace proposition. These leaders focus on solving problems and growing clients’ businesses keeping true to a sound and profitable commercial model.
The KSA Lead is a strategic trailblazer who boldly takes risks and makes difficult decisions that propel the agency into the future. Transforms capabilities, inspiring and engaging talent along the journey, while setting the vision and strategic direction of the client’s business through consultative partnership. The KSA Lead is a driver of agnostic collaboration/interdependency, growth mindset, adaptive gene, resilience, savviness in Data/Technology, very agile, consultative selling (upselling/cross selling), commercial acumen, comfortable in change, simplifying the complex, Influential and impactful.
**Technical & Product**
- Oversee the overall performance, profitability, growth, and reputation of the agency.
- Hire, nurture, and grow the talent that will deliver and transform the MSL business, and reputation.
- Build and maintain a working environment of trust, collaboration, hard work, and happiness that will supercharge the way MSL work together and work with our clients.
- Manage and maintain client relationships including servicing the business end-to-end; Responsible of all outcomes, quality control and the health of client relationships across all disciplines, practices, facets of the business internal and external.
**Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency**
Responsible for ensuring a healthy and profitable P&L for the market. This responsibility spans across understanding all the elements of the P&L and optimizing them for the best outcome of the agency and the client.
Generate year-on-year revenue growth supported by business plans set in collaboration with the CEO of the brand.
Drive business transformation of existing clients and actively pursue new opportunities. Configure best in class capabilities in service of clients’ unique business needs, collaborating

**Qualifications**:
- At least 15 years of experience in communication and advertising and managing clients.
- 12 years’ + experience in managing and coaching successful teams.
- A strong record of accomplishment of meeting or beating revenue goals and set KPIs.
- A strong network of senior level industry professional and experts.
- Demonstrated success at building industry leading intellectual capital, processes, and ideas.
- 5 Years of demonstrated hands on experience in performing strategic planning and leadership.
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of selling, designing, performing, and delivering large complex projects.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to teach and mentor direct reports.
- Project management skills with ability to co-ordinate multiple projects of different scales simultaneously.
- Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of clients (from executive to C-level) and all levels of the agency/client.
