Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of Brand & Marketing Excellence to achieve its mission, goals and objectives.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Leads periodic meetings with Heads of Brand & Marketing Excellence Department for updates on overall performance of communications campaigns and activities.

2. Assists in monitoring the approved budget on a continuous basis and participating in the preparation of relevant financial reports.

3. Responsible for managing the Hospital’s brand and developing the corporate communication strategies and plans, assigning budgets and conducting research and analysis for relevant divisions. Owning the brand identity and guidelines & the crisis management plan.

4. Engages periodically with Heads of department for to define KPIs, objectives and campaigns media plans.

5. Directs the development of Hospital’s communication strategies, execution plans, and brand identity.

6. Assets media and budget performance report before presenting to Corporate Communications & MarketingOfficer, assign, and distribute division budget across departments.

7. Communicates and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.

8. Oversees the execution of the divisions plans and track performance to ensure the achievements of KPIs.

9. Works closely with Manager Marketing Communication & Budget Control to ensure the department’s budget is efficiently utilized.

10. Implements international best practices across the department, leading by example and creating a best in-class Brand & Marketing Excellence division.

11. Develops the department's working culture, ensuring it is run in an efficient, collegiate, and productive manner.

12. Monitors performance and submit periodical clear and concise administrative reports.

13. Oversees the development of brand identity and ensuring proper implementation and compliance with brand guidelines and maintaining positive brand image.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Public Admin Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Elven (11) years of related experience with Master’s, or thirteen (13) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including five (5) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National only.
