CCDS is a leading company in the information technology and services industry, offering end-to-end info-tech / next-gen cybersecurity services & solutions for enterprises. We are currently seeking a Network Technical Engineer to join our team. As a Network Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' network systems, as well as identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will be working alongside a team of experienced technical professionals who are dedicated to simplifying enterprise security for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise the design, development and maintenance of networks and security systems, and the installation and periodic updating of new devices and systems to comply with the best acceptable security performance levels. In addition to making continuous improvements to include, for example, managing vulnerabilities, managing intrusion detection systems, protecting systems and servers, and managing network firewall systems.**:

- **Network performance analysis, capacity planning and absorption of network systems, security systems and all related technologies.**:

- **Knowledge of related networks and protocols such as: (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP/S, BGP, OSPF)**:

- **Supervising the development and evaluation of the performance of networks and various related systems and methods of measuring performance.**:

- **Testing the system and ensuring that there are no vulnerabilities in software and hardware.**

**Investigate intrusion and security breaches, collect incident responses and implement criminal investigation procedures.**:

- **Determine the latest technologies and processes to improve overall systems security performance.**:

- **Provide security monitoring and analysis reports.**:

- **Supervising the installation and preparation of new software and equipment.**:

- **Preparing security policies and updating them periodically.**:

- **Solving problems through knowledge of network management and operation.**:

- **Implement new operations/functions on switches & routers, including but not limited to QoS, multicast, NTP, VLAN configurations, TACACS, HSRP/GLBP, content networking and advanced network routing.**:

- **Providing technical support and responding to new requests from beneficiaries, analyzing and solving network problems.**:

- **Oversee and lead the development and production of related documents, for example systems installation and configuration documents, network topology design and planning documents, and document security systems and network problem reports.**:

- **Supervision and follow-up of proposed changes in networks and security systems.**:

- **Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the administration and within the scope of his specialization.**:

- **Presenting recommendations for purchasing new devices and equipment to develop the company's extraneous network.**:

- **Provide protection and security means to avoid problems of intrusions and data theft.**:

- **Possess advanced technical support skills for network incidents**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information technology, or related field
- At least three years of experience in network engineering and administration
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
- Proficient in network switching, routing, and firewall technologies
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices (routers & switches), as well as other networking hardware and software
- Familiar with security solutions such as VPN, IPSEC, and SSL
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
