Duct Fabricator and Assemble

Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble ductwork systems for HVAC projects according to blueprints, designs, and specifications.

Cut, shape, and form sheet metal and other materials to create ducts and related components.

Ensure all ductwork meets the required standards and specifications.

Install duct supports, hangers, and other necessary hardware to secure ducts in place.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Operate and maintain machinery such as shears, brakes, and other fabrication tools.

Inspect finished ductwork for quality and compliance with safety and industry standards.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of ductwork for HVAC systems.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Duct Fabricator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork design.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabricating machinery.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.

Familiarity with sheet metal and other ductwork materials.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills.
