Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and enthusiastic Manager - Data Advocacy to lead initiatives that promote the importance of data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will advocate for data literacy, assisting various teams in understanding and leveraging data effectively to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, creating awareness around data utilization, and fostering a culture that values data as a critical asset. This position is pivotal in ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed decisions based on data insights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage initiatives advocating for the use of data throughout the organization, promoting data, and encouraging a data-driven mindset.
- Develop and implement data advocacy strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and effective use of data within various departments.
- Act as a liaison between data teams (e.g., data engineering, data science) and business units, ensuring clear communication of data needs, priorities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights, helping departments leverage data to solve business challenges.
- Promote the adoption of data tools and technologies that enhance the ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret data across the organization.
- Foster a culture of data by providing training, resources, and support to teams on how to effectively interpret and utilize data in their workflows.
- Lead efforts to create and maintain clear and concise data documentation, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that make data easy to understand and actionable.
- Monitor and measure the success of data advocacy initiatives, using feedback and metrics to continuously improve data utilization and impact.
- Ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational priorities, working closely with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
- Track industry trends and emerging best practices in data advocacy, continuously evolving strategies to ensure the organization remains competitive and forward-thinking.
- Lead change management efforts related to the adoption of new data practices, tools, and processes across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data advocacy, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in promoting data-driven decision-making and building a culture of data literacy within an organization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives and deliver business value through data.
- Strong background in data tools, platforms, and technologies, with knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytics
- Experience in designing and delivering training and workshops to enhance data across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
