Support the NCC in providing all the Support Services through planning, organizing, coordinating, procurement of support goods and services.

Accountabilities

Services Provided:

- Supervise the implementation of services by inspecting the operations of (Maintenance, Cleanliness, Security etc.) to ensure they are implemented according to the agreed SLA.
- Provide regular reporting regarding the status of services and the performance of the service’s supplier, to ensure the quality of service and the supplier within NCC.
- Collaborate with both Facility and Maintenance Departments, through conducting inspections, reviewing process in order to ensure the delivery of proper service to the employees/Facility.
- Manage the supply of catering to the division’s buffet, and the employees’ compound, by ensuring that the catering services are provided according to the SLA, and with high level of quality.
- Manage & coordinate the labor transportation services, by handling the contracts with suppliers and providers to ensure the availability of proper transportation.

Logistics Requirements:

- Determine the logistics requirements by reviewing and analyzing the operational requirements in order to be able to calculate and categorize the required resources and NTI services.

Suppliers Management:

- Oversee the waste disposal process, by managing the supplier’s agreement & deal negotiating to ensure that all waste are properly handled.
- Implement and manage the NTI process; by researching suppliers, negotiating proposals, contractual terms & conditions, billing and recommending the awarding of contracts to suppliers to ensure the best interest of Nahdi.

Strategic Communications:

- Insure having strategic communication with the related sections (HR, Vendors, NTI Etc) through conducting periodic meetings in order to revise related action planes and to share results.

Department Management:

- Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching etc to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
- Indoors : 50%
- Outdoors : 50%
- Working Days : 6 Working Days
- Days off : 1 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8 net hours duty - 1 hour break (flexible working hours as per the job need)

Job Requirement
- Education- High School degree
- Experience- 3 Years of Experience in Support Service
- Computer Skills- MS Office Suite
- Awareness of the ERP System
- Languages- English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
