Job Purpose

The purpose of an HR Specialist is to coordinate, respond, and resolve possible conflicts. He/She is also responsible for creating and building a good relationship, ensure compliance with the applicable legal and statutory employment relations framework & labor law; and provide specialized advice and support services on internal work performance, grievance and disciplinary procedures and processes as well as recruitment of Saudi Operations employees.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1- Receives employee leave requests and Input Forms for Saudi employees then initiates Vacation Processing Forms and registers it as per procedure.

2- Adjusts the employees’ leave database based on requests received and updates it regularly.

3- Conducts investigations based on the incident reports received from Operations Department/Area Offices and forwarding it to his line manager.

4- Prepares warning letters for Saudi employees and registers them on the excel database.

5- Prepares employment and bank letters for Saudi employees.

6- Takes care of Saudi Operations’ employee grievances and redundancy.

7- Conducts final exit interview for resigning Operations Saudi employees and negotiates for retaining them when possible.

8- Prepares recruitment progress reports for on-going recruitment.

9- Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to post jobs on the “Careers” section on the company’s website and company’s social media platforms.

12- Conducts prescreening interviews (Phone, Skype, Microsoft Teams & Face to Face)

13- Maintains all applicants and interviews data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

14- Sends rejection letters for the Saudi employees that weren’t selected.

16- Conducts “Security Guard Training” for all security personnel joining the company.

17- Coordinates with STC / Mobily / Zain for current service issues and new requests; And prepares official documents related.

18- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Educational Requirements**

**Mandatory**:

- B.A. Degree in HR or equivalent

**Desirable**:

- M.B.A.

**Experience**

**Mandatory**:

- 3 - 5 yrs in a similar position

**Desirable**:

- 5 + years
