SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES- Filming and Production: Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content for various platforms, including live events, interviews, promotional materials, and behind-the-scenes footage.- Editing: Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences.- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and social media teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.- Localized and Global Storytelling: Produce content to appeal to Global and Saudi audiences, maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.- Event Coverage: Capture live and real-time content during gaming and esports events, ensuring quick turnaround for publishing on social media.- Equipment Management: Handle and maintain camera equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and content teams to ensure seamless integration of video into broader campaigns and strategies.- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on video production trends, techniques, and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.- Post-Production: Add animations, effects, subtitles, and other enhancements to elevate video quality and engagement.

Requirements- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment, as well as video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).- Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft engaging narratives through video that align with brand objectives.- Cultural Insight Bonus: Deep understanding of gaming audience preferences to create content that resonates locally.- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.- Passion for Gaming: Knowledge of gaming and esports trends is a significant advantage.- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia or and occasionally internationally for event coverage, as required.

WHAT YOU BRING- A portfolio showcasing a range of video production and editing projects.- 3-4 years of experience in video production, editing, or a related field.- Strong visual and creative instincts, with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
