**As a **WITS Specialist**, you will play a key role in delivering innovative laboratory solutions alongside Beckman Coulter. Your expertise in workflow consulting and process optimization will enable healthcare providers to transform their operations through cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Workflow Consulting & Process Documentation**: Conduct thorough assessments of current laboratory layouts and processes. Develop future-state proposals using advanced visualization and simulation tools, such as turnaround time (TAT) simulation and process mapping, to streamline laboratory operations.**:
- ** Platform Solutions**: Promote comprehensive lab solutions by integrating analytics with pre
- and post-analytic processes, ensuring that sample and data flow align with a total laboratory automation (TLA) approach.**:
- ** Product Demonstration & Training**: Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, empowering end-users to maximize the efficiency of Beckman Coulter’s advanced solutions.**:
- ** Best Practices Development**: Create a robust Automation/IT best practices library, including shareable rules libraries and performance metrics, to help clients maintain best-in-class laboratory operations.**:
- ** Customer Engagement & Process Improvement**: Participate in meetings with key clients interested in TLA and Beckman Coulter solutions. Assess laboratory workflows, volumes, and expectations, and develop tailored proposals using lean six sigma methodologies such as Value-Stream Mapping, Spaghetti Diagrams, and 5S practices.**:
- ** Trusted Advisor**: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring the proposed solutions are effective, competitive, and aligned with their specific needs. Continually collaborate with sales teams to optimize the performance of Beckman Coulter solutions.**:
- ** Project Management**: Work closely with service and sales teams to develop project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of tasks, while managing both direct and matrixed resources.**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- ** At least 5 years of experience in the IVD industry, with a strong preference for consultancy or solution-selling experience.**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree in laboratory sciences, Informatics, or a related biomedical field.**:
- ** Expertise in clinical IT systems within hospital and laboratory environments, including familiarity with accreditation policies and integration standards (e.g., ASTM, HL7).**:
- ** Proven ability to deliver solutions and strategies that align with customer needs through consultative selling and a strong problem-solving approach.**:
- ** Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:
- ** Proficiency in lean six sigma practices and relevant software tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO, AUTOCAD).**:
**Preferred Skills**:
- ** Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.**:
