As a key member of the Civil Engineering industry, JASARA offers opportunities to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world and bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety strategy for JASARA projects
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented
- Monitor compliance with all relevant HS&W legislation and industry standards
- Provide HS&W guidance and support to JASARA project teams
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Develop and deliver HS&W training programs for JASARA employees and contractors
- Continuously evaluate and improve JASARA's HS&W performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar HS&W role
- In-depth understanding of HS&W regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both oral and written communication skills.
