Senior Shift Supervisor Security

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Organizes and administers the assigned security function in the Hospital, advises department director in planning, organizing and implementing viable and cohesive hospital security programs, controls and supervises all security personnel and establishes and defines duties of the security guards in existing and newly added posts.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Advises and assists in organizing, planning and implementing modifications in security requirements in order to provide safety and protection for all Hospital staff, patients, visitors and Hospital property.

2. Advises on development, maintenance of procedures, regulations for conduct and control of the Security.

3. Supervises the Shift Supervisors to ensure compliance with the established rules and regulations, policies and operation directives.

4. Responsible for disciplined performance, conduct and appearance of uniformed personnel at the Hospital.

5. Originates deployment and utilization of human and materials resources at both sites. Plans and schedules Security functions to achieve efficiency and attain work objectives.

6. Conducts frequent unscheduled inspections of supervisory and guard personnel on all shifts at the Hospital.

7. Develops and schedules initial and in-service Security training programs, and assists in the department training programs as instructor.

8. Prepares disciplinary actions, advises on promotional actions, and provides guidance and counsel for the welfare and morale of Security personnel.

9. Conducts weekly staff meetings with the shift supervisors and directs daily ROLL-CALL training for Security personnel and new hires.

10. Prepares and examines written activity reports and daily reports on all incidents. Ensures appropriate follow-up action and continuity of security services.

11. Responds immediately to the scene of any serious incident or emergency and assists in coordinating departmental activities at the scene. Responsible for vehicle parking and traffic control at the facility.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s, or seven (7) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.

Valid driving license is required.
