We are looking for a Commercial Director with a track record in the management and delivery of commercial and cost management services to major commercial, residential and hospitality construction projects in the Middle East. This role will principally be responsible for commercial management across multiple major construction projects in Saudi Arabia from both a technical and commercial/contractual/cost standpoint and will be based in our Riyadh headquarters.

**Essential Skills**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) required
- Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of experience in commercial management
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the Middle East
- Independently manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder engagement
- Delivery of all pre and post-contract services on a range of commercial and resident projects
- Experience in managing PMC activities at a client/consultant level
- Delivery of all pre-and post-contract services on a range of projects
