Following a recent review of the current staffing levels as well as the review of future resources and succession capability, Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) are looking to hire a **Chemical Engineer **to work within the Industrial Development Department at the **Yanbu Industrial City Program **.

**This role is only open to Saudi National applicants**

This role is a technical ‘Chemical Engineering’ support role to the Yanbu initiatives and development efforts in attracting investors and third party businesses to the area. The role will report directly to Industrial Development Manager and will interface extensively with Sections / Departments / Clusters within the Industrial Development Department, third party businesses and contractors as well as the day-to-day supervision and direction of junior engineering staff.

Key activity will include (but is not limited to):

- Research and collecting data about each and every industrial cluster globally and locally including data analysis.
- Identify possible gaps in each industrial cluster.
- Defining missing business opportunities and missing requirements.
- Conducting meetings, conferences, and marketing clusters to attract investors.
- Conducting pre-feasibility studies for cluster opportunities.
- Performing Feedback Analysis and problem solving.
- Proposal Analysis.
- Implementing of policies, goals and procedures of the department.

The experience, qualifications and credentials required for this role are:

- Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in related field.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Access.
- Knowledge in conducting pre-feasibility and reports related to clusters.
- Knowledge in related divisions and clusters such as (Petrochemicals, Plastics and chemicals).
- Good English and Arabic writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Time management skills.
