**Job Title: Mandoob/ Public Relations Officer**

**Responsibilities**:

This role will involve hands-on tasks like building, maintaining, or conducting business activities but focuses on leveraging your experience to guide our decision-making process.

**Legal Compliance**:

- Holds know-how about the latest business laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in Riyadh.
- Provide expert advice on compliance matters to ensure adherence to the legal framework.

**Market Research**:

- Offer comprehensive market research to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

**Government Relations**:

- Offer guidance on the acquisition of permits and approvals from the relevant authorities.
- Provide insights into navigating regulatory processes effectively.

**Documentation and Process Advisory**:

- Offer advice and guidance on the preparation and submission of required documentation for company registration and licensing.
- Provide strategic recommendations for efficient processes related to business activities.

**Financial Planning Advisory**:

- Collaborate with finance teams to offer insights and advice on financial projections for operations in Riyadh.
- Provide recommendations on tax regulations and financial implications related to business activities.

**Cultural Understanding**:
Share insights into cultural nuances in Riyadh's business landscape, providing advice on local customs and etiquette.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a PRO/ Mandoob or in a similar role in Riyadh.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian business laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
