You as a Project Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction and financial return for the projects. Coordinating all activities and providing technical advice to stakeholders. Developing, recommending, and implementing initiative to ensure customer satisfaction and improve performance.
**Your responsibilities**
- Planning and coordinating the projects and analysis of new proposals, requirements, and specifications. Coordinating activities of support groups, arranging staffing for each phase of project, and assigning specific responsibilities.
- Approving purchase orders for contract materials and services, and approving quality assurance and controlling requirements. Ensuring timely delivery of quality information and materials, product quality and field service product performance, and responsive to customers. Reviewing status reports and modifying plans or schedules, as necessary.
- Maintaining close contact with customers and project participants to identify and resolve issues of mutual concern and to seek opportunities for additional business. Ensuring timely contract completion, customer satisfaction and desired financial return.
- Managing project risks to avoid incurring penalties, warranty repairs or other charges that may have substantial financial impact. In conjunction with related groups, develop business projections and implement strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and ensure responsiveness to customers.
- Providing technical direction and review.
- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance.
- Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Line Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
- Monitoring, controlling, and releasing invoicing, based on instructions from the Line Manager.
- Effectively communicating appropriate information to all project stakeholders.
- Controlling documentation accurately and consistently, based on tasks assigned by Line Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and proceeding agreed with the customer.
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.

**Your background**
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in project execution.
- Experience in Project System (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM) modules of SAP along with well verse in local and regional procedures will be considered.
- Knowledge about high-voltage products especially capacitor banks and filters.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. Arabic is a plus.
