**Responsibilities & Essential Duties**:

- Collaborate with operation and support teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of business systems, software, and tools for fulfilling business objectives and processes
- Hands on experience required; Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Responsible to maintain and support infrastructure on premises and in the cloud; systems include Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 global administration
- Solid understanding of public clouds, mainly Azure. IaaS, PaaS, environments of client cloud platform or other public clouds
- Designing and deploying enterprise-wide VMWare Solutions (vCenters, ESXi and VMs)
- Deployments and upgrades of Windows, Linux (Ubuntu), and VMWARE infrastructure
- Experience in MS Server 2012, 2016, & 2019
- Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams
- Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
- Providing level 2 and level 3 support
- Review and update support documents and maintaining system documentation
- Provide guidance and assign tasks to team members

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field
- VMware, Linux, Microsoft, & AWS certified
- ITIL Foundation V4
- 5+ years’ experience as a system, database & storage in a fast-moving environment
- Solid migration experience in P2V, V2V and on-prem to cloud AWS environments
- Good understand of security tools (Crowdstrike, Splunk, Code42, Tanium, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Service Desk, ITIL standards and its processes
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices, CIS, and KSA local laws
- Excellent troubleshooting experience
- Good project management skills
- MS SQL cluster setup and DB cluster migrations
- Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters & Dockers
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to details
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, and global teams’ environment
- Business level fluency in English required, Arabic language knowledge is a plus
