**Your Profile**
- Successfully completed bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (preferred) or business administration with strong electrical or mechanical affinity and experience in respective material field
- Should have 5-7 years of relevant experience of procurement in project business. Experience in procurement of rotating equipment would be an added advantage. **_Exclusive to Saudi Nationals. Females are encouraged to apply_**.
- Able to independently prepare and carry out mid-complex negotiations (including negotiation strategy, max/min goal, fallback position, role allocation, target costing, etc.)
- Ready for national and international travel activities
- Knowledge of contractual law
- Presents facts and processes spontaneously, takes part in discussions about daily tasks and issues in an international team
- Able to qualify and evaluate suppliers, classifications, development measures, create contract entries, implement eAuctions, etc.
- Able to identify and implement measures to ensure the adherence of the suppliers to the requirements of Compliance
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, along with ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders on different levels
- Data analytics and cost modelling skills
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Proficient in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and support procurement for business/projects with in framework of policies and guideline of SE with the objective of achieving and exceeding the business goals and strive for customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating with Internal/ External partners, Internal such as Engineering, Commercial, Quality, Project Mgt., counterparts from various locations of Siemens Energy and External - Customers, Suppliers/Vendors, Contractors.
- Sourcing: float inquiry to approved vendor based on provided specifications, provide clarifications to/from vendors for offers received, and coordinate with Engineering department for technical evaluation.
- Offer assessment & negotiations, Order placement, coordination with Engineering & ensure the techno-commercial evaluation of the offers received to identify possible deviations, compare / negotiate technical, commercial and other issues with the vendor
- Vendor Management: To identify and develop vendors best in line with the target cost, quality and time schedules as per business requirement.
- Monitor and follow-up on vendor activities, highlight potential delays. To ensure that corrective actions are taken to minimize/manage the delays/damages.
- Support sale department in making proposal at bid stage. Should aim at getting best price from vendor with in required timeframe to bag the order.
- Improve supplier performance on the basis of feedback through periodical review on product, services & processes. To achieve improvement in cost, quality & time frame.
- Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency and high procurement quality
- Development of a contract award strategy under consideration of the project goals, cost and quality, successful presentation of Total Cost Comparison in a sourcing board and implementation thereof
- Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. savings; plan, monitor and report on relevant Key Performance Index to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent
