Danone MENA is looking for a talented **Regulatory affairs executive** to be based in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**, like you
In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, you will be responsible for managing regulatory submissions within the pharmaceutical industry. This involves preparing and submitting documents to regulatory Manager, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regional standards, additionally, you maintain essential regulatory documentation and collaborate across teams to meet quality standards and regulatory commitments and your work plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and effective products reach patients while adhering to legal requirements.
**1. Area Management**:
- Documents preparation for submissions either in hardcopy or electronic format.
- Manage all regulatory agencies submission materials for the accuracy, completeness, relevance, timeliness and compliant with regional regulatory standards.
- Creating executive summaries for the new products or in case of changing in the regulations.
- Secure and maintain the regional regulatory documentations form the local regulatory authority product such as free sale certificate and country of origin certificate.
- Review of specifications for raw materials, finished products and stability requirements for regulatory compliance.
- support in the planning of the quality system.
- liaising with the QA team for processing and completing quality complaints where required.
- Active participation in quality and compliance audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with Qualified Person at postmarked surveillance for the related tasks and responsibilities.
- Work across multiple teams and secure support from the department leads (R&D, Quality and Production, etc.) to ensure that company products, which are developed, manufactured, and distributed meet the required standards and legislations and regulatory commitments are met.
About you
**To be successful in the role you should ideally have**:
**Experience And Education**:
- Education: BSc. in science, Engineering
- Experience at least for 1 year
- Experience in Nutrition field is a plus.
