**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**The role holder is responsible for identifying and classifying ICT related risk, developing mitigation plans and tracking progress of the developed mitigation plans. The responsibility also includes monitoring compliance to the ICT policies to identify any compliance issues and helps resolve those compliance issues with the respective stakeholders in line with established policies and standard operating procedures**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
**1. Bachelor level degree in Business Management from an internationally recognized institution**

**Experience**:
**1. 4 - 6 years experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle**

**Skills**:
**1. Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word)**
**2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with other Specialists, SVE partners, system integrators, Ma’aden employees and upper management**
**3. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work**
**4. Good writing skills when dealing with colleagues within the ICT function, Ma’aden Employees, SVE partners and system integrators
**4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

**Legal**:
**1. Identify and classify risk and vulnerabilities and assess the risk exposure**
**2. Support the Director: Value Realization and GRC and Manager: GRC in ensuring that the risk register as well as the audit log documenting the audit items are maintained as per the defined ICT policies and procedures**
**3. Develop appropriate risk mitigation options for review by the Manager: GRC**
**4. Collaborate with the Value Realization team to ensure that the cost-analysis of the risk mitigation options are carried out on a timely basis**
**5. Coordinate with the Manager: GRC to support the Director: Value Realization & GRC in determining if the risk should be accepted or mitigated**
**6. Develop risk mitigation plan for review by the Manager: GRC**
**7. Collaborate with the SBU IT Management team to ensure that the Project set-up activities are carried out on a timely basis, in case a project is required to mitigate the identified risk**
**8. Track the progress of the risk mitigation plan and report progress regularly to the Manager: GRC and Director: Value Realization & GRC**
**9. Provide input on the design of risk controls and compliance registers based on ICT policies and external requirements for review by the Manager: GRC**
**10. Monitor compliance to ICT policies to identify and prioritize any compliance issues**
**11. Identify appropriate corrective actions for the identified compliance issues and document them in the compliance report for review by the Manager: GRC and Director: Value Realization & GRC**
**12. Communicate the compliance report with the respective stakeholders**
**13. Contribute to the preparation of GRC related reports for the management, auditors, etc. as per the directions of the Director: GRC or Manager: GRC**
**14. Perform any additional responsibilities passed on by the Director: GRC or Manager: GRC as required**

**2. Report to the Manager: GRC on a periodic basis key operational KPIs**
**3. Submit to the Manager: GRC and above on an ad hoc basis, inputs for business planning and operational improvements**
**4. Investigate world class trends and best practices in GRC with the goal of ultimately driving cost reduction and quality enhancement**
**5. Investigate innovation opportunities within the GRC function, thereby continually enhancing quality and reducing cost by streamlining processes, procedures and automation**
