Eram Talent is now looking for a qualified Buyer who will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, equipment, and supplies in the Oil & Energy industry. As a Buyer, you will ensure that the company's purchasing policies and procedures are followed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement purchasing strategies and techniques to maintain strong and cost-effective supplier relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, request quotes, and negotiate contract terms with suppliers.
- Research and track the industry's market trends and supplier conditions to obtain the most competitive prices and unsurpassed quality control to ensure that the company benefits.
- Handle supplier disputes to ensure that shipments, invoicing, and payment discrepancies are resolved promptly and fairly.
- Collaborate with the Legal and Quality Assurance departments to ensure that all procurement activities comply with legal, safety, and ethical standards.
- Work with the Operations team to monitor inventory levels and forecast future product demand.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and other important procurement metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing within the Oil & Energy industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven experience in supplier selection and management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing best practices.
