**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the lifestyle industry, with a focus on niche and luxury perfumes. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. - Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including safety, health, and environmental standards. - A passion for niche and luxury perfumes and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
