As an IT Technical Support Professional based in our head office in Riyadh, you will be working in a customer service-oriented environment, being proactive in anticipating and resolving IT problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.

You will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing personal computer systems, hardware, software, computer peripherals, and audio-visual equipment. As our employees operate in a hybrid work environment, you will be assisting employees via remote access, phone, and in person.

You will have the opportunity to work with our global IT support team as well as mentoring or training other Desktop Support staff. Typical duties will include:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals, such as printers
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and working with other teams to identify root cause and resolution
- Configuring multiple devices including personal device support
- Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
- Experience in implementation and administration of infrastructure services like FTP, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
- Creating and maintaining thorough documentation for all desktop solutions and troubleshooting instructions in the Knowledge base
- Working with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensuring that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule
