BM Event is hiring Waitstaff in Jeddah.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet and Seat Guests**: Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival, provide them with menus, and guide them to their seats.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials. Be prepared to answer questions and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- **Take Orders**: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate these orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- **Serve Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders to the table promptly and correctly. Ensure the presentation meets the establishment's standards.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with guests to ensure their dining experience meets their satisfaction. Address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the dining area, including tables and seating areas, clean and organized. Clear dishes and utensils from tables between courses and after guests leave.
- **Process Payments**: Present bills to guests, process payments, and ensure that receipts are accurate.
- **Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations**: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food handling procedures and cleanliness standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
