Plans,designs, and leads all outdoor and indoor trips and events related to Employee Social Club (ESC) to meet theneeds and interests of Organization’s Employees and Dependents.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1- Assists in promoting and advertising all outdoor and indoor tripsand events.

2- Outlines the scope of the trip/event, includingtime, date, location, and budget.

3- Assists and accompanies participants throughout theestablished itinerary or program.

4- Conducts market research, gathers information, and preparesperiodic reports to ESC’s management.

5- Coordinates trip/event logistics and services,including technology and equipment needed to run the trip/event, food, drinks, andtransportation.

6- Works with vendors to determine best fits for thebudget and goals of the trip/event.

7- Ensures that all participants adhere to safety guidelinesand procedures. Submit Incident/Injury reports with appropriate documentationin timely manner.

8- Ensures participants’ satisfaction byprofessionally handling all questions and concerns.

9- Maintains files on each trip/event and performs allrelated administrative tasks.

**Education**:
Master’sor Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and utility Administration, or any relateddiscipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of experience in trips andevents planning is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National only.
