Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Specialist to join our team In this role you will responsible for performing the Department Technical Office support and will assist the Director / Manager of the Engineering Department to ensure the effective operations of the Department. Provide the Section Manager with the required effective support of the Department functioning. Should be familiar with Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries administration policies and procedures in all technical aspects, in specific to the Engineering Department in particular emphasis of providing technical support on packages submittals, improving files system and electronic controlling process.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assists in management matters and supporting activities of the Director, Manager, Sections Managers and the other staff of the Engineering Department, particularly in relation to the packages, correspondences, invoices and progress reports.
- Assists in the reviews and advises the Section Managers on the JCPDI and MSA procedures, including; reviewing of the documents, any reports and ensuring that the standards are met.
- Assists with the Engineering Department official documentation and correspondence systems and process receiving and dispatching log.
- Knowledge of using job related software and systems e.g. EDMS Unifier, Aconex etc. is preferred.
- Assists in carrying out the Engineering Department coordination for the Director / Manager / Section Managers and liaise with other JCPDI Departments and Divisions.
- Performs technical support for the Director / Manager / Section Managers.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Director / Manager of the Engineering Department.
- In-depth knowledge of document flow and management, dispatch, transfer and distribution to different Departments through the CTS system.
- Maintaining Engineering electronic drawings log and monitoring the schedules and regular updates of drawing tracks.
- Remove superseded drawings / technical data, and replace them with more current data from the site team.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field with 8 years of project’s technical support and coordination experience for engineering activities.
- Must have experience in preparing reports, powerpoint presentations and technical support.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Must have strong communication skills in the English Language, writing and speaking. Arabic skills are preferred but not mandatory.
