Medina, Saudi Arabia Husaak Adventures Full time

The Gulf's leading outdoor adventure operator is looking to hire a Sales and Customer Experience Executive. The new hire will report to the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. The BDE is expected to work from Husaak's visitor center in AlUla between September and March. From April to August, the Sales and Customer Service Executive will have the flexibility to split their time between remotely from their home in KSA and visiting other key sites across the region such as Tanomah.
- Handle the Husaak WhatsApp phone, answering calls and inquiries
- Greet customers in the visitor center, advise and upsell Husaak experiences
- Process bookings, take payments and send invoices
- Looking at ways we can improve our existing offering and customer experience
- Prepare presentations to potential new clients, recommending activities or packages that suit their needs
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Building strong relationships with the DMC's and existing portfolio of clients in AlUla
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and targets

**Requirements**:

- Must have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- 1-3 years experience in a sales or customer service role
- The individual must have passport that allows regional and international travel with no restrictions

**Package**:

- Total package is 5000-6250 SAR depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus given, based on performance
- Accommodation included in AlUla, single bed within a shared room
- Business related accommodation and travel experiences covered
- Mobile phone and laptop provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,250.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Ula: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development, Customer Service or Sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
