- To deal with distribution of stock replenish orders generated to supply for the related branches & regions & OPCOs + direct deliveries for the customers of cash & credit sales.
- Coordination & communication regarding delivery process with the aim of providing quality service and to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- To promote a positive product image with shipping and ensure to meet the requirements of clients + stock replenish orders of the regions.
- Maintain effective business relationships with all levels of customers, service providers, OPCOs, & other team members.
- To follow oral/written instructions independently and reconcile business transactions.
- To deal with shipping documents control and management includes Delivery Notes and export documents.
- Oversees the development of HSE perception, promote the ROCK values within the department, practice Lean principles and carry out the tasks in full observance with the management systems as certified by ISO 9001:2000.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining vehicles for deliveries at all times.
- Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profits and managing them so they adhere to strict schedule
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Complying with KSA Department of Transport laws and regulations.
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
- Monitoring driver behaviour and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- To account & verify billing of external transport for accuracy & payments.
- Generate Reports and Analysing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Promote excellent service & manages all aspects deliveries through distribution network & OPCOs.
- Coordinate & maintain record of the shipments for all dispatches including export orders.
- To serve as primary contact for the orders processing and goods distribution against all export orders, and to arrange materials delivery for the OPCOs in a timely manner
- To present, develop & communicate information regarding the enquiry & orders executions, direct shipments, delivery process and communicate and changes to the OPCOs in a timely manner.
- To assist with production staff for preparation of products required against the confirmed export orders placed on DAX system & to act as support for the production planning by giving targets of requirements, priorities & delivery schedule.
- To prepare & provide certifications for the supplied products as required by the OPCOs for test, analysis, compliance & conformity or technical data sheets, materials safety data sheets.
- To perform other such duties as may be assigned by the Customer Services Manager.

**Skills required**
- ESSENTIAL
1 Operating JDE (Dax) system & PC software including Microsoft Word & Excel
2 Degree in logistics or accounting.
3 4+ years in transportation & logistics role.
5 Outstanding organizational skills.
6 Attention to detail & Excellent written and verbal communication. In Arabic and English
7 Good English speaking and writing

DESIRABLE
1 Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
2 Quantitative ability.
3 Educational degree on the field
