Supervises effective receipt, storage and monitoring of items in the warehouse with maximum accuracy in compliance with the approved procedures.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensures that items received inthe warehouse are inspected as stipulated in the related policy.
- Ensures that received itemsare correctly accepted in the system by receiving receipts on daily basis.
- Ensures that items on thePallets/Shelves are stacked in equal layers with appropriate barcode labels.
- Maintains an effective stocklocator system with assurance that locations are amended in the system timelyand bulk location labels are placed visibly.
- Ascertains that items arerotated by expiry date/lot number or any first in, first out (FIFO) system asappropriate and nearing expiry items are removed from active shelves asstipulated in the established policy.
- Liaison with Receiving &Inventory Control Sections to resolve issues arising during the warehousingoperations i.e. Acceptance/Rejection issues.
- Coordinates with stockscoordinator for the appropriate documentation/system sub-inventory transfer ofitems for disposal, replacement, return, recalled etc.
- Assists to conduct the AnnualPhysical Inventory or Cycle Counts as and when required.
- Ensures the safety ofwarehouses and materials is intact, only authorized personnel are allowedinside the warehouse and appropriate record of keys is maintained.
- Provides necessary training towarehousing staff to enhance their capability of counting/receiving andstacking of items to elude the human error.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree or IPADiploma in Hospital/Business Administration, or other related discipline isrequired.

**Experience Required**:
**Grade 8**:
One (1) year of relatedexperience with Bachelor’s Degree, or three (3) years with IPA Diploma isrequired.

**Grade 09**:
Three (3) years of related experience withBachelor’s Degree is required,including two (2) years of (Grade 08) experience isrequired.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
