**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Summary/ Objective**

Facilitate the activation process of merchant services by supporting underwriting and onboarding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among acquiring banks and partners, and activating MIDS for the Paytabs group. This role also involves providing after-sales services, coordinating with customer service and relationship management teams, integrating and activating MIDs, conducting live testing, and effectively managing all aggregation and payment service provider (PSP) requirements from acquiring banks.

**Essential Functions**
- Coordinate the implementation of paid integration for new customers.
- Manage and facilitate requests for adding or removing additional currencies for new and existing
- Handle and coordinate the addition or removal of alternative payment models (APMs).
- Regularly communicate with Portal Technical Account Managers (CYBS/MPGS) to ensure timely configuration of merchant accounts and additional services within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Process URL add, change, or remove requests in compliance with established risk policies and procedures.
- Focus on error reduction and proactive avoidance of potential or confirmed financial impacts.
- Provide informative and timely status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Uphold team values and routines and fulfill any assigned tasks and duties from the line manager.

**Roles and Key KPIs**
- Number of daily follow-ups.
- Adherence to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreements) such as time to submission to the acquirer, time to approval from bank, and new currency/APM activation/Deactivation velocity
- Follow the merchant onboarding and underwriting policies and procedures
- Efficiently executed configuration and activation requests without any errors.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**

These are full-time roles with a standard schedule from Sunday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nevertheless, this position may necessitate extended hours as well as occasional weekend and holiday work. There may also be a need for partial or full alignment with the working days and hours of other markets being served.

**Travel**

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- 4 year bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 Years Acquiring business merchants onboarding and configuration operations
- Good English and Arabic language skills
- Good MS Excel skills.
