**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Develop and maintain an appropriate Program Governance Framework and lead, manage and execute project control on (major) capital projects and provide visibility on all projects (including associated risks) through all phases as per the Ma'aden business and stage gate implementation model**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
**1. Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Lead Project Planner**
**2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Lead Project Planner**
**3. PhD + 1,5 year as Lead Project Planner
**Experience**:
**International experience preferred**

**Responsible for ensuring there are realistic schedule on projects which support project control**

**Ensure proper governance is in place within project control on all projects for project controls, i.e. steering committees, gate reviews, decision review boards, Legal and Commercial requirements and audits**

**Ensure Integrated Project Control requirements are incorporate in ITB, RFC document and drive process throughout entire project**

**Ensure risk management requirements within project control on all projects**

**Ensure within project controls all project meet safety requirements**

**Ensure Implementation of integrated earned value on the projects**

**Ensure project cost flow which are fully integrated with the project status and risks**
