**Position Title**:Specialist: Technical Training**

**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Accountable for first line leadership and management of (specific discipline) team members to enable the work of self and team members and building their expertise and skills, and deliver frontline team results such as safety, production, maintenance, quality, cost and motivation.**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
**1. High school certificate**

**2. Maths and Science preferred**

**3. Trade test / Formal Production qualification**

**Experience**:
**5 Years experience in relevant field of Artisan/Production**

- **Competent interpreting regulations and codes; reading ISO drawings Mechanical/Electrical/Instruments Flow Diagrams and other technical drawings**:

- **Sound knowledge of statutory process compliance requirements, and understanding of the relevant regulatory and compliance issues specific to the Affiliate**:

- **Familiar with materials, services, financial and other planning related work methods**:

- **Proficient working knowledge of appropriate tools and systems to find, extract and analyse data and produce reports**:
