Financial Analyst Supervisor

**Financial Supervisor Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, budgeting, and cash flow management.
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
3. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard
company assets and maintain compliance.
4. Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior
management.
5. Monitor and analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted
amounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are
completed accurately and on time.
7. Coordinate and assist with external audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.
8. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and
performance feedback.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, evaluate the financial
feasibility of projects, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial
management, and propose and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and
controls.

**Financial Supervisor Required Skills**:

Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification CMA is
preferred.
2. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role, with at least 10 years
in a supervisory capacity. Age between 32 and 38
3. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting practices, financial analysis techniques, and
accounting principles.
4. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
5. Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools.
6. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and financial laws and regulations.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
